Job Description

Join our healthcare services team as a Virtual Patient Safety Assistant. This role involves maintaining constant visual observation of patients using virtual sitter software to ensure patient safety and care.

Responsibilities

Obtain verbal reports from nursing staff regarding patient observational needs and safety considerations
Maintain constant visual observation of patients using virtual sitter software
Accurately record data and promptly notify nursing staff of any changes in patient condition
Communicate patient needs or risks to the nursing staff as identified
Follow instructions from nursing staff regarding patient redirection when necessary

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills, including Windows navigation, mouse usage, keyboarding, and email communication
Ability to maintain focus and composure while observing patients
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clinical staff
Willingness to adhere to standards of behavior and code of conduct at all times
