Responsibilities

Supervise and guide warehouse leads and employees
Coordinate work flow for assigned employees
Utilize systems to set plans for staffing and workflow timing
Ensure accurate and timely completion of loads
Facilitate training to maximize productivity, accuracy, and safety
Resolve employee relations issues

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in an ecommerce environment
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
Experience with WMS
