Job Description

Wiseway Supply is looking for a Counter Sales/Warehouse Associate to provide exceptional customer service and support in Blue Ash, OH. This role involves working in the warehouse, picking/packing products, and assisting customers in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers at the counter
Process orders accurately and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized counter area and warehouse
Ensure order picking accuracy measures 100%
Build strong relationships with customers

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or sales
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Basic computer skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
