Job Description

The Warehouse Manager oversees store operations, staff management, and customer service to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies. This role includes recruiting, training, and setting performance goals to maintain a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

Evaluate store personnel and ensure correct role placement
Participate in hiring and recruitment processes
Establish performance expectations for team members
Monitor and review employee performance
Provide training and learning opportunities for employee development
Ensure adequate staffing levels and facilitate cross-training
Work with sales department to identify areas for improvement
Maintain workplace procedures, policies, and safety protocols

Qualifications

Valid REAL ID or passport
High School Diploma / GED or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of HVAC customer service or sales experience
Minimum 2 years of store management in a wholesale environment
Knowledge of wholesale distribution store operations
Basic computer skills
General knowledge of HVACR products and industry
