Job Description

Floor Staff team members are responsible for providing exceptional service to guests in various areas of the theatre such as Box Office, Concession Stand, or as an Usher. They must adhere to company policies, including attendance, emergency response, and dress code.

Responsibilities

Operating POS system and handling cash transactions
Promoting premium viewing experiences
Assisting guests with inquiries and ticket sales
Preparing concession items and ensuring inventory accuracy
Ushering patrons to their seats and enforcing theatre rules

Qualifications

Completion of cast certification program
Good public speaking and listening skills
Math proficiency for cash handling
Problem-solving abilities under pressure
