Responsibilities

Box Office: Operating POS system, promoting loyalty programs, and providing excellent customer service.
Concession: Handling transactions, ensuring food safety compliance, and promoting loyalty programs.
Usher: Assisting guests to their seats, monitoring auditoriums, and ensuring a safe environment.

Qualifications

Completion of company certification programs.
Good public speaking and communication skills.
Ability to perform under pressure and handle customer interactions effectively.
