Join our team as a Job File Coordinator and make a difference every day. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to handle customer calls, job monitoring, tracking, coordination, and audits.

Responsibilities

Perform all job file coordinator tasks related to customer calls, job monitoring, tracking, coordination, and audits of jobs. Create preliminary estimates and job file backup. Perform general office duties, such as drafting correspondence, filing, and creating reports.

Qualifications

2+ years of administrative or office-related experience. Experience in the commercial cleaning and restoration or insurance/service industry desired. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software.
