Job Description

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service in person and over the telephone
Pull customer orders and load delivery trucks
Complete accurate paperwork and handle payments
Process customer returns and warranties
Maintain warehouse appearance and cleanliness
Verify incoming orders and stock products

Qualifications

Basic understanding of Heating and Cooling systems preferred
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in computer operation
Ability to accurately identify items
