The Medi-Cal Billing & Posting Resolution Representative acts as a liaison for hospitals and clinics, ensuring accurate posting of receipts for hospital services. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Receive and verify daily receipts for deposit
Post payments accurately and make necessary notes
Maintain log of daily receipts and contractual postings
Process rejections and resubmit claims to insurance carriers
Meet production and quality standards
Maintain quality customer service
Update job knowledge and protect customer information
Assist with team projects as needed

Qualifications

3 years hospital payment posting experience
Managed Medi-Cal and Cerner experience
Proficiency in CPT and ICD-10 coding
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Experience in claim appeals and working with insurance payers
