Job Description

Seeking a Benefits Coordinator to support the centralized Employee Service Center by administering various types of leaves and coordinating with different departments to ensure a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support Team Management/Supervisor with daily service issues/functions and ad hoc requests
  • Identify methods to improve time away programs efficiency
  • Maintain accurate leave records and distribute leave-related documentation
  • Generate reports on time off requests and serve as a point of contact for leave related inquiries
  • Document case file actions and conversations in the system

Qualifications

  • Degree in HR-related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in HR or leave administration
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local leave laws
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
