Responsible for providing Human Capital Management support including, but not limited to, workforce planning, employee and labor relations, total rewards strategy, and workforce management.
Partners with management in strategic workforce planning ensuring short- and long-term staffing needs are aligned with business requirements.
Provides technical and advisory support following Human Resources (HR) policies and procedures.
Applies appropriate intervention methods to resolve complex employee and labor relations matters.
Administers the Total Rewards Program, performance management, recognition, benefits, and compensation.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Four years of management experience with a minimum of three years in Human Resources
Or
Bachelor's degree with two years in Human Resources, or Bachelor's degree with one year of human resource management experience with the completion of Human Resources Trainee Program.
