Job Description

Forman, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for unloading and receiving freight, accurately counting inventory, marking discrepancies, and organizing shipments.

Responsibilities

Unload incoming freight from trucks using appropriate equipment.
Review receiving tally and count all inventory as it is unloaded.
Mark down and report any discrepancies in shipments.
Properly store and put away inventory in designated areas.
Load third-party trucks and pick orders for same-day customer pickup.
Operate forklifts, high lifts, and clamp trucks safely and efficiently.
Use stock lifters, manual pallet jacks, and electric pallet jacks to move materials.
Follow warehouse safety protocols and procedures.
Assist in general warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications

4-5 years of forklift experience (required).
Experience operating clamp trucks and high lifts.
Experience using stock lifters, manual pallet jacks, and electric pallet jacks.
Ability to accurately read packing slips, review receiving tally, and count inventory to verify received shipments.
Ability to work a flexible day shift, starting at 6:00 AM, 7:00 AM, or 8:00 AM.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety regulations.
Team-oriented with good communication skills.
