Responsibilities

Lead a team of Guest Advocates, Service Advocates, and Front of Store Attendants
Execute all best practices for guest service and engagement
Support Target Loyalty Programs and educate team members on benefits
Ensure sales goals are met and troubleshoot as needed
Lead a culture of accountability and safety

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
18 years of age or older
Previous retail experience preferred
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
