The Member Experience Representative is responsible for enhancing membership engagement, growth, and retention by fostering personal relationships and providing exceptional service to members, guests, and program participants.
Greet and assist members and staff, conduct tours, address complaints, process memberships, respond to inquiries, manage reports, assist with campaigns, promote programs, and uphold YMCA values.
Associate's degree or equivalent experience, computer skills, customer service skills, strong communication skills, CPR/First Aid certification, willingness to work evenings/weekends, bilingual skills preferred.
