Job Description

Join our team as a Retirement Plans Specialist in the Financial Services sector. You will have the opportunity to educate participants on investment strategies and retirement planning.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct one-on-one consultations to improve participants' investment education and retirement outcomes
  • Deliver group education presentations on financial and retirement topics to diverse audiences
  • Host Annual Plan Reviews with key decision-makers
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Identify and refer new business opportunities to management

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • Series 65 licensing required
  • 3-5 years of related experience in financial services sales strongly preferred
  • Significant knowledge of retirement and investment products
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
