Job Description

Join our team as a Retirement Plans Specialist in the Financial Services sector. You will have the opportunity to educate participants on investment strategies and retirement planning.

Responsibilities

Conduct one-on-one consultations to improve participants' investment education and retirement outcomes
Deliver group education presentations on financial and retirement topics to diverse audiences
Host Annual Plan Reviews with key decision-makers
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Identify and refer new business opportunities to management

Qualifications

BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
Series 65 licensing required
3-5 years of related experience in financial services sales strongly preferred
Significant knowledge of retirement and investment products
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
