Job Description

DashMart is looking for a motivated Shift Lead to work in a local-fulfillment center supporting Site Management running great shifts and delegating tasks.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of assigned shifts
Ensure customer orders are delivered with high quality
Guide Operations Associates through their shift
Support operations in both the warehouse and kitchen

Qualifications

Proven track record of success in food and beverage, warehouse, and/or retail environments
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate a pallet jack and hand truck
High school diploma or GED equivalent
