Join Celonis as an Intern Legal Research Analyst and work within the Global Legal Team. Gain hands-on experience in legal research, analysis, and project-based duties in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Work closely with a Manager/Mentor on project-based duties
Conduct legal research and comparative benchmarking
Analyze commercial contracts and identify risk patterns
Implement initiatives in response to legal and business requirements

Qualifications

Rising 2Ls or 3Ls from under-represented groups attending participating law schools
Minimum GPA of 3.0
Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
Interest in SEC/M&A and technology preferred
