Responsibilities

Lead a team of Guest Advocates and Service Advocates to exceed guest service expectations
Plan and execute daily/weekly workload to meet sales goals
Support Target Loyalty Programs and educate team members on benefits

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous retail experience preferred
Strong communication and leadership skills
