Job Description

The Lead Store Associate assists store management in driving sales, focusing on in-store customer experience, inventory management, and operational processes.

Responsibilities

Maintain In-Store Experience by modeling CEL behaviors and responding to customer requests
Manage cashwrap activities and promote DSW loyalty program
Supervise inventory management activities and maintain a safe environment
Support team by training, coaching, and providing feedback

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of retail experience
High school graduate or equivalent
Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
