Job Description

Responsibilities

Driving and operating TEC vehicles and equipment safely and professionally.
Monitoring the attendance and productivity of regular night loaders.
Printing and reviewing daily work orders.
Coordinating daily tasks according to work order specifics.
Performing stock rotation and maintenance tasks.
Adhering to Company Safety Standards and promoting a safety culture among team members.
Reporting project details to the General Manager.
Performing yard and warehouse clean-up.

Qualifications

Valid driver's license and three years of verifiable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
Must pass a DOT Physical and Drug Screen.
Ability to understand/follow directions and take instructions.
Physically able to perform tasks like walking, standing, bending, squatting, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Prior work experience in a Warehouse Supervisor or Lead position.
Experience operating small and large machinery.
Experience driving trucks with trailers attached.
Bi-lingual (English / Spanish) a plus.
