Job Description

Join RXO as a Lead Warehouse Associate in Last Mile to inspire associates to achieve maximum productivity and strive for error-free operations.

Responsibilities

Be responsible for accurate data entry
Handle inventory, monitor levels, and perform merchandise reconciliation
Assign work and monitor group activities
Instruct associates in proper equipment, operational, and maintenance procedures
Monitor supplies and equipment availability
Ensure team adherence to safety procedures
Assist with resolving problems to ensure maximum productivity

Qualifications

Microsoft Office proficiency
4 years of warehouse experience
Ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Bilingual (Spanish, preferred)
Availability to work various shifts
Excellent communication and leadership skills
