Job Description

Lead with a safety mindset that ensures that every associate remains injury-free. Oversee warehouse associates, develop teams, and drive productivity and efficiency in the warehouse.

Responsibilities

Champion safety procedures and training in the warehouse
Develop warehouse associates through coaching and training
Direct and supervise workflow to ensure efficiency
Interview and hire warehouse personnel

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of warehouse distribution experience
1 year of workforce oversight experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Basic computer skills
