Job Description

ITS Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Area Manager for the PM shift at our distribution center in Haslet, TX. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operational activities, manage warehouse personnel, collaborate with other departments, and ensure safety compliance.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations scheduling and staff coordination
Manage warehouse personnel including goal setting, training, and hiring
Operate within the warehouse budget
Develop and train supervisory staff
Collaborate on SOP development
Oversee inventory control and WMS utilization
Collaborate with other departments on business implementations and service failures
Drive safety culture and compliance
Ensure productive use of material handling equipment

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or related field preferred
4+ years experience in warehousing or logistics management
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office
