Job Description

The Director of Client Growth will be responsible for cultivating strong client partnerships within the Financial Services vertical, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional client experiences across Epsilon's data, tech, and media solutions.

Responsibilities

Forge strategic partnerships that result in significant revenue growth across Epsilon data, tech and media.
Develop customized solutions that demonstrably solve client challenges and drive measurable results.
Build long-term partnerships with key decision-makers across client organizations.
Cultivate a collaborative and results-oriented team that consistently delivers exceptional client service.
Manage and coach a team of Client Associates, fostering their professional growth and development.
Drive cross-functional collaboration to develop and deliver solutions that leverage data, technology, and media to achieve company goals.
Champion and embody the company's vision and values in all interactions and initiatives.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in sales and marketing, ideally with a proven track record in client growth and management.
Expertise in Tech or Media sales, translating complex technical solutions into business value and demonstrating ROI.
Strong understanding of data analytics, platform capabilities, performance optimization, ROI measurement, and campaign effectiveness analysis.
Bachelor's degree (advanced degree a plus).
