Job Description

Lead the continuous quality improvement effort of the US market by working closely with the Innovation Lab Manager to monitor quality metrics and develop improvement strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Set, monitor and enforce seller quality metrics
  • Identify root causes of quality challenges for US-based sellers
  • Convert analysis into actionable plans for improvement
  • Educate sellers on quality metrics and best practices
  • Manage tools for monitoring and improving customer satisfaction and product quality

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • Experience in customer service organizations
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Data-driven with ability to define and track KPIs
  • Experience in startup environments is preferred
