Job Description

Seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Supervisor to oversee logistics and warehouse operations in Baytown, Texas. Strong leadership skills required.

Responsibilities

Responsible for staffing and managing varied work volume for approximately 15-30 employees in a 700,000 square foot facility.
Maintain facility quality process and uphold operating standards.
Ensure on-time shipping performance and supervise realignment activities for operational efficiencies.
Provide leadership and training to team, maintain safe working environment, and oversee safety compliance.

Qualifications

High school diploma required, college degree a plus.
3-5 years of supervisory experience.
Forklift experience preferred.
Intermediate Microsoft Excel knowledge.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
