Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding ATM and debit card services
  • Assist clients with banking needs and provide information on products and services
  • Identify customer needs, recommend products, and direct calls appropriately
  • Research account transactions and resolve complex inquiries
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of bank products and services

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years of Call Center or Banking experience
  • Strong Customer Service Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to problem solve and work independently
