Job Description

Join us as a Medical Screener at our Plasma Donation Center in Mount Juliet. You will be responsible for screening donors, performing phlebotomy, and ensuring the safety of donors and the team.

Responsibilities

Answer phones, greet donors, and ensure their safety
Screen new and repeat donors, record vital signs, and perform finger sticks
Use Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, and maintain accurate records
Identify operational opportunities for improvement and implement changes
Work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 32 lbs.
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Good motor coordination and ability to hear equipment from a distance
Prior experience in customer or patient-facing role preferred
