Job Description

The Distribution Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the distribution center personnel, ensuring efficiency and safety.

Responsibilities

Direct team workers to ensure accuracy, productivity, and teamwork
Examine packing lists and ensure correct items are picked and placed in boxes
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Lead and participate in routine work assigned to temporary workers

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of distribution center experience
Computer literacy and knowledge of warehouse management systems
