Job Description

The Operations Associate at ALO Yoga plays a critical role in driving profitability and efficiency in the store environment. They work closely with the Operations & Visual Management team to optimize total store operations.

Responsibilities

Execute inventory management processes effectively to maximize accuracy
Investigate and address inventory accuracy issues
Support key operational functions such as shipment, receiving, and sales floor recovery
Maintain strong visual standards for the sales floor
Work closely with various departments to ensure smooth operation
Support a safe work environment and efficient stockroom processes
Assist in processing shipments and ensuring product flow
Resolve client needs quickly and effectively

Qualifications

1+ years of work experience in a sales & operational environment
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
Passion for customer service
Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results
