Responsibilities

  • Answer and screen telephone calls in a courteous manner
  • Schedule patient appointments
  • Obtain accurate patient information and ensure complete registration
  • Collect and reconcile patient payments
  • Train front-end personnel on operational procedures and EMR use

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of two years experience in customer-facing environment, preferably in healthcare
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proven ability to communicate clearly and provide instruction
  • Proficient use of Medent EMR preferred
