Job Description

The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing all staff and operations as well as maintaining the overall presentation of the store. The Manager inspires the team by demonstrating responsibility and teamwork, achieving total customer satisfaction, and meeting store profit objectives.

Responsibilities

Develop and lead a high-performance team that reflects the company's values.
Regularly share the company's vision and mission with the team and customers.
Create an environment of growth, accountability, and inclusivity through development, performance management, training, and consistent coaching.
Maintain excellent standards and solid product knowledge including merchandise promotions, test merchandise, and advertising efforts.
Lead staff and oversee store operations to achieve sales, service, organization, customer satisfaction, and profitability goals.
Select and hire qualified candidates who reflect the company's values.
Maintain all safety and operational standards.
Ensure compliance and adherence to loss prevention and safety policies and procedures.
Assist in various store operations including training, sales, visual merchandising, inventory management, and customer service.

Qualifications

4-6 years of retail experience, including staff supervision.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent organizational skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of retail operations including sales, customer service, and inventory control.
Ability to work a flexible schedule.
