Responsibilities

  • Be the direct point of contact for key stakeholders in schools using our product
  • Understand product workflows and resolve non-code level support issues
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the product to effectively support schools in resolving issues
  • Create proper documentations of the product
  • Assist in functional testing to ensure client needs are met
  • Gather feedback from schools to improve the product

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience working directly with customers
  • Strong communication skills with US clients
  • Proficiency in billing and accounting software
  • Ability to work flexible hours aligned with US time zones
