Job Description

Lead a team of hourly team members to provide exceptional guest service and drive sales goals. Create a welcoming experience for guests and ensure a safe and secure shopping environment.

Responsibilities

Lead team of Guest Advocates, Service Advocates, and Front of Store Attendants
Plan and execute daily/weekly workload to meet sales goals
Support Target Loyalty Programs
Evaluate candidates and develop guest-centric team

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
18 years of age or older
Previous retail experience preferred
Effective communication skills
