Job Description

The Part Time Universal Banker at Lakewood Branch is responsible for providing exceptional service delivery to internal and external customers, executing service transactions, and sales to deepen client relationships.

Responsibilities

Present products and services to clients, educate on available access channels
Act as branch subject matter expert
Continuously learn new products and sales techniques
Resolve account service issues and respond to inquiries
Identify and address client sales and service needs
Use marketing tools and digital technology to present financial solutions
Connect clients to appropriate partners
Resolve client complaints effectively
Encourage use of self-service channels
Ensure daily drawer balancing

Qualifications

1-3 years relevant experience
Face-to-face customer service and sales experience
Excellent communication skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Basic computer and digital tools skills
Retail experience preferred
High School diploma or equivalent
