Job Description

Join DK Security as a Command Center Operator responsible for providing effective support, outstanding customer service, and performing essential administrative tasks at our Corporate Office.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to clients, customers, and co-workers
Dispatch personnel for emergency and non-emergency response
Utilize computer-aided software for complaint documentation and processing of calls
Monitor CCTV system and operate various electronic equipment
Prepare reports, activity logs, and files
Assist with scheduling, payroll processing, and incident reports

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or GED required
Above average customer service skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Basic computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Flexible schedule and reliable transportation
