Cardinal Health is seeking a Warehouse Site Trainer to support training needs at a distribution center. This role involves working with site leadership to fulfill training needs, maintain records, and improve training processes.

Responsibilities

Serves as primary training contact for employees
Prepares for new hire classes
Utilizes current materials and technology for learning programs
Tracks and communicates training opportunities
Assists in development and training of associates

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
2+ years of business experience
Good verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and learning management systems
