Floor Staff team members ensure guests receive exceptional service at the theater. They may work in the Box Office, Concession Stand, or as an Usher.

Operating POS system and handling cash transactions
Promoting loyalty programs
Ensuring compliance with company policies
Responding to guest inquiries

Qualifications

Completion of cast certification program
Good public speaking skills
Math and reasoning abilities
Excellent communication skills
