Responsibilities

Coach and train cafe associates
Manage cafe financials including labor and food costs

Assist in hiring, training, and development of cafe associates
Ensure safety and sanitation standards are followed

Qualifications

3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience
Basic food safety knowledge
Must be 18 years old
Reliable transportation
