Job Description

Join RSM, a leading provider of professional services to the middle market globally. We are seeking a Business Development Director for Fund Services to drive growth and service line expansion for RSM Fund Services nationally.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong sales pipelines
Interact with professional staff to address PE marketplace needs
Prepare and facilitate presentations and proposals
Close sales and agreements with clients
Identify and lead a cross-functional team for new opportunities
Drive expansion and penetration of Fund Services
Collaborate with RSM professionals to deliver services

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
10+ years of experience in selling professional services
Prior success in consultative selling for consulting or accounting firms
Prior private equity knowledge/experience
Demonstrated network of COIs
Strong communication and presentation skills
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience in formal sales process deployment
Ability to manage time, prioritize, and multitask
