Responsibilities

  • Respond to employee queries in Spanish
  • Resolve tier 1 inquiries through various channels
  • Manage outbound communications regarding associate queries
  • Assign cases to appropriate tiers
  • Research and resolve associate queries
  • Support annual processes and concierge service requests
  • Maintain documentation and comply with quality standards
  • Provide translation activities

Qualifications

  • Graduate/postgraduate degree
  • HRSS experience
  • Workday and SAP knowledge
  • Excellent verbal and written Spanish skills
