Job Description

Join Lobel's team as a Restaurant Manager, responsible for supervising food and beverage service to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

Oversee the flow of guests within the restaurant, bar and café
Manage reservations system and host team
Maintain contact with kitchen staff, management, serving staff, and customers
Inspect dining and serving areas for cleanliness and proper setup
Supervise and coordinate dining room staff activities

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 3+ years experience in fine dining
Strong knowledge of food and beverage procedures
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Knowledge of accounting procedures and POS systems
Current Food Protection Certification
