Job Description

Join Lobel's team as a Restaurant Manager, responsible for supervising food and beverage service to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the flow of guests within the restaurant, bar and cafĂ©
  • Manage reservations system and host team
  • Maintain contact with kitchen staff, management, serving staff, and customers
  • Inspect dining and serving areas for cleanliness and proper setup
  • Supervise and coordinate dining room staff activities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years experience in fine dining
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage procedures
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills
  • Knowledge of accounting procedures and POS systems
  • Current Food Protection Certification
