Job Description

The Floor Manager is responsible for providing supervision, support, and services to clients with substance abuse disorders. This role involves managing the client population and overseeing daily house schedules.

Responsibilities

Screening of residents and property
Supervising clients in self-medication
Communicating information and emergencies
Providing crisis interventions
Supervising and managing client population
Other assigned duties

Qualifications

CASAC-T certification
1 year of experience in substance abuse disorders
1 year of experience with adolescents with mental health problems
Commitment to quality services
Excellent organizational and management skills
Strong networking and public relations skills
Ability to work effectively in collaboration with diverse groups
