Jackson Lewis P.C. is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate to join our team in New York City. The ideal candidate will have a background in employment law and be responsible for litigating lawsuits, representing employers in various legal settings, and advising on compliance with fair employment laws.

Responsibilities

  • Litigate lawsuits involving employment-related claims and discrimination charges
  • Represent employers in court, administrative agencies, mediations, and arbitrations
  • Advise employers on fair employment laws compliance and risk management

Qualifications

  • JD from accredited law school with strong academic credentials
  • 4+ years of experience in employment law
  • New York Bar admission or ability to obtain admission
  • Understanding of state and federal agency procedures
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
