Job Description

DXP is seeking a Warehouse Personnel to join our team in Katy, Texas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving inventory deliveries, verifying shipment paperwork, managing inventory counts, coordinating freight pick-ups and deliveries, and performing light instrument technician duties.

Responsibilities

Unload vendor shipments
Inspect deliveries for damages, shortages, and accuracy
Receive and put away vendor shipments
Order picking
Inventory control and consolidation
Operate forklift and reach truck
Correspondence with office and warehouse via email/phone

Qualifications

1 year of warehouse experience preferred
Prior computer experience
Excellent communication skills
Data entry, organization, and multi-tasking skills
Strong attention to detail
Self-motivated
Forklift certification preferred
