Job Description

The Patient Service Associate is responsible for ensuring the smooth clinic, patient, and billing flow by handling various administrative tasks and assisting patients with their appointments.

Responsibilities

Handle high volume incoming calls.
Review insurance referrals and authorizations.
Assist physicians and administrators with business and patient care tasks.
Coordinate office communication flow.
Greet and assist visitors.
Ensure patient demographic and insurance information is accurate.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent.
Three years of recent medical office experience.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Knowledge of medical terminology and billing procedures.
Ability to work in a team environment.
