Job Description

As a Retail Store Manager at T-Mobile, you will be responsible for all operations of a T-Mobile retail store including hiring, scheduling, training, marketing, assets prevention, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Complete observations of store employees' interactions with customers, provide feedback for development, training, and coaching.
  • Assist with customer-related issues to enhance customer experience within the T-Mobile brand.
  • Own store success, manage staffing, scheduling, marketing, and loss prevention.
  • Maintain store environment, support team development, and stay updated on products and services.
  • Lead by example, drive operational efficiencies, and manage store expenses.
  • Ensure store employees meet or exceed defined success measurements and sales goals.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 2-4 years of management experience in retail sales and sales management required.
