Job Description

Join our team as a Customer Success Manager and be responsible for onboarding accounts and providing ongoing support to customers. You'll collaborate with different departments to ensure customer success and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

- Act as the project manager for successful onboarding of accounts

- Provide ongoing support to assigned customers

- Collaborate with technical support, sales, product, and engineering

- Help customers plan, implement, and follow through with their messaging goals

- Provide dedicated support and initial troubleshooting for customers

Qualifications

- 2+ years experience as a Customer Success Manager

- Fluent in French, Russian, and/or Spanish

- Background in SaaS

- Experience communicating with software developers

- Strong problem-solving skills
