Join Kuehne+Nagel as a 1st Shift Logistics Customer Service Specialist in Southaven, MS. This role involves intercepting, processing, and keying orders into the system, communicating with internal departments and customers, and troubleshooting issues.

Responsibilities

Examine records and inform customers of shipping dates, delays, and additional information
Respond to emails, inquiries, and troubleshoot issues promptly
Enter orders into the system and verify records for accuracy
Work with various departments and carriers to expedite shipments and prepare reports
Provide internal and external distribution center reports and support other departments as needed

Qualifications

2+ years of customer service experience in warehousing or distribution
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience with AS400 or any Warehouse Management System
Strong ability to create accurate reporting
Fluency in English (written and verbal)
