Join Nova Ukraine as a Volunteer Recruiter to help find and engage volunteers for humanitarian aid projects in Ukraine.

Responsibilities

Post open positions and search for potential volunteers on various channels
Select resumes and conduct initial interviews
Organize further stages of interviews and support the hiring process
Communicate with hiring managers and provide feedback

Qualifications

Experience in recruiting or volunteer work
English language proficiency at B2 level (knowledge of Ukrainian a plus)
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate processes
High level of responsibility, independence, and initiative
